Alvari on avoinna päiväkävijöille ma, ke, to, pe klo 9.30 – 15.00. Teethän varauksesi tämän ajankohdan jälkeen iltaan tai viikonloppuun.

Avain luovutetaan vain tilaa käyttävän ryhmän jäsenelle. Vahvistamme jokaisen varauksen erikseen sähköpostitse. Samalla sovitaan avaimen luovutuksesta.

The recipient of the key is the person in charge for the duration of the time the space is in use.

The person in charge is responsible for the fulfilment of the following:

• Jokainen käyttäjäryhmä vastaa omista sotkuistaan, joten huolehdithan, että tila tulee käytön jälkeen samaan kuntoon kuin tullessa. Siivousvälineitä löytyy siivouskomerosta.

As far as tidiness is concerned, please take into consideration the following:

• Make sure that tables and chairs are put back into their places.
• All rubbish goes to a bin.
• Place any dishes that have been used in the dish-washer or hand wash them.
• Crumbs, paper scraps and such must be cleaned off the tables and floors and put into bins.
• If empty bottles and cans are left on the premises, make sure they are placed neatly into bags in the kitchen.
• Return all equipment you have used to their proper places.
• Any artworks part of art exhibitions must not be touched.
• In the event that something breaks, Alvari staff must be notified. Failure to do so may result in the group no longer being allowed to use the space.
• Mikäli kaapeissa on yleiseen käyttöön tarkoitettua (ei jollekin ryhmälle merkattua) kahvia, teetä, maitoa, hunajaa, sokeria yms. niitä voi käyttää.
  Kuitenkin toivomme yhteiskäytön hengessä joko muutaman kolikon pudottamista kahvikassaan tai säännöllisesti kokoonnuttaessa voi silloin tällöin tuoda tuliaisena kahvia, teetä tms.
• Use of drugs and alcohol on the property is strictly forbidden. This is effective at all times, during all events.
• Smoking cigarettes is allowed in marked places.
